Mountain photo club ASA (hereinafter referred to as ASA) will handle personal information provided in connection with events planned and executed in accordance with this privacy policy.

In this privacy policy, "personal information" refers to information about members, including absent members, information about participants in photo exhibitions and photography classes organized by ASA, customer information for calendar sales, and information received by email or telephone. Refers to information that can identify an individual as stipulated in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Information Related to the Inquiry.

ASA will use the personal information you provide for the following purposes:
・To provide of information on events such as photo exhibitions and photography classes
・To provide of information on calendar sales
・To respond to inquiries to ASA
・For contact regarding interview and write publishing

We will not disclose the personal information you provide to third parties without your individual consent. However, personal information may be disclosed in the following cases.
・When it is necessary to protect human life, body, or property.
・When receiving a formal inquiry based on laws and regulations from a public institution such as the police or court.

[Disclosure of personal information to the person]
When ASA receives a request from the principal or his/her representative (limited to a person who has provided proof of proxy authority required by ASA) to disclose the relevant personal information, ASA will answer without delay, except in the following cases:
・When there is a risk that disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the person or a third party.
・In cases where it would violate laws and regulations.

[Revision of privacy policy]
ASA may change the contents of this privacy policy without prior notice. Changes to the privacy policy will become effective when the revised privacy policy is posted on the ASA designated site.
